AirDog II 5G 100 GPH Fuel Pump & Beans Sump For 19-23 Dodge Ram 5.9L

The Pureflow AirDog II 5G 100GPH A7SPBD255 lift pump, or Fuel Preporator, is a must have upgrade for your 2019+ 6.7L 24V Cummins. The fuel system on your Cummins is the heart of the vehicle's performance and reliability. This low pressure (preset at 13-15 psi) Cummins lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction/fuel supply side hooks directly up to the included Fuel Module Upgrade Kit installed in the tank bypassing the factory in tank fuel pump. The pressure side line connects directly to the side of the factory fuel filter housing. The Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through the factory 3/8" suction line once the module is modified.

The II-5G Cummins fuel pump features a fully adjustable (7-55psi) integrated diaphragm pressure regulator. This regulator offers more consistent fuel pressure and allows for higher flow rates at pressure. It can also be boost compensated to battle any pressure drops under open throttle (boost compensation kits sold seperately). The AirDog 5G also includes an updated 12 gauge wiring harness with Metri-Pack 280 connectors, which allows for higher current flow without creating excessive heat.

The AirDog II 5G 100 GPH 24V Cummins lift pump will solve infamous P0087 & P1093 low fuel rail pressure codes. The positive supply of purified fuel being fed to your fuel system will also add performance, throttle response, and longevity to your vehicle. Due to extra stress on your fuel system from either high mileage and/or additional performance modifications, like a tuner or larger injectors, your injection pump can become weak over time. This may result in a drop of performance, reliability, and fuel economy. The supplied water separator (WS100) and fuel filter (FF100-2), that mount to the pump, filter your fuel down to a 2 micron rating which surpasses the stock fuel filters filtration capability. (see How It Works) This AirDog 2 5G DF-100 Cummins lift pump is recommended for trucks that have a stock to aggressively upgraded fuel system (meaning stock to larger injectors and injection pump). Just like our original and revolutionary design, install is as easy as it gets, requiring a single 3" hole and a single bolt.
